Experience of working in an administration role is advantageous
Maths and English GCSE A-C (4-9 ) grade or equivalent qualifications.
Organised and manages time well
Awareness of Confidentiality
Keyboard/Word processing experience
Have an awareness and understanding of sensitive information, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
Very occasional exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances when taking minutes at meetings or discussions in office in relation to incidents.
Frequent concentration required when typing minutes and taking meeting minutes.

The apprenticeship has the potential to progress onto a permanent Band 3 Officer role, upon satisfactory completion of the programme and qualification.
