Computer literate Able to work as member of a team Professional, smart and presentable Experience of working in an administration role is advantageous
Maths and English GCSE A-C (4-9 ) grade or equivalent qualifications.
Team player Motivated Professional Organised and manages time well Awareness of Confidentiality Keyboard/Word processing experience
Have an awareness and understanding of sensitive information, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times. Very occasional exposure to distressing or emotional circumstances when taking minutes at meetings or discussions in office in relation to incidents. Frequent concentration required when typing minutes and taking meeting minutes. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week). The apprenticeship has the potential to progress onto a permanent Band 3 Officer role, upon satisfactory completion of the programme and qualification.
