Description of Opportunity
On a daily basis, the successful candidate will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders and handle customer concerns or complaints. You must document each interaction with customers into our client database and ensure orders are fulfilled.

Being a main Castrol distributor for the area we are able to offer on site surveys for all food safe lubricants and make recommendations for most Hi/Low risk areas. We also carry stocks of RHP – SKF and other leading manufactures of Self Lube Ball and Roller Bearings, Renold roller and conveyer chain and sprockets to suit. We are distributors for Sealey, Draper, Teng hand tools, Bosch, Makita, Dewalt power tools along with many other economy ranges.
