You should have:
At least 96 UCAS tariff points (C,C,C from A levels or equivalent)
4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at C/4 or above which must include English and Maths
An outgoing personality who likes connecting with new people online
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Enjoys a challenge/working towards specific goals

You’ll be mentored and supported by our management team getting to interact with senior management directly also. We have social events such as Christmas parties and other occasional gatherings over the course of the year. The marketing team is a small and close-knit group, but you’ll also work closely with the sales team.
The marketing team already has 2 marketing apprentices in their second year of studies also doing a degree in digital marketing at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) so you would join our second cohort of marketing ARU apprentices. At the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have gained 4 years’ experience in cutting edge marketing in a client-facing position. This will set you up for success in many digital marketing realms with an emphasis on IT security. The chances are that you would continue your role at Softwerx as the marketing team and business continues to grow. You’ll enjoy the ‘best of both’ working for a small friendly business in close partnership with global cybersecurity multinationals such as Microsoft, KnowBe4, Mimecast and Webroot.
