Description of Opportunity
You will play an integral part in the customer’s journey of attaining a mortgage. These teams focus on the initial part of the customer journey and also the final stages. You will activate a large percentage of the cases coming into the Mortgage Business Unit, following the activation checklist.

As an apprentice support co-ordinator you will have the ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and obtain a professional attitude and approach when dealing with internal and external customers
You will be accurate with both numbers and with an attention to detail with all you do, as well as adopting conscientious approach and be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
You must be computer literate and have the ability to make decisions independently

As well as being confident and outgoing member of the team that is able to demonstrate ability to prioritise and organise and appropriately.

Upon successful completion of the course you will have the opportunity to progress into a Mortgage Coordinator Role which deals with more case progression and direct client contact.
