Description of Opportunity
The role of a Customer Service Technician will be the first point of contact for our US customers for system queries. Working as part of a team, putting customers at ease whilst assisting and navigating our software.

Zendesk experience desired but not required
Microsoft Office Experience
Strong verbal and written communication
English and Spanish speaking preferred
A good standard of maths and English is desirable
