Excellent customer service skills
Basic IT skills and knowledge of systems
Experience in a customer service environment
Previously IT Help Desk experience would be desirable
Knowledge and experience of the ITIL Framework would be desirable
4 GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) which must include GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English and a Level 2 qualification in an IT related field (or equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
Very friendly team but would suit either a quite individual that likes to keep their head down or a extravert
Able to deal with issues in a calm and methodical manner. A professional outlook looking for a career in the IT industry
Willing to undergo the required training to get up to speed with on the job and app training.
