PC literate Good timekeeping skills
It is more important that the company get the right person for this role rather than qualifications alone. However, a good level of education especially in maths and English would be advantageous. Ideally the successful candidate will have 3 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including maths and English.
Honest, self-motivated, and a good attendance record Understanding mechanical reasoning

Impact Handling are the UK’s Distributor of Cat Lift Trucks and warehouse equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to complete a three-year apprenticeship in the repair of a wide range of Manufacturers fork lift truck equipment of all types (Electric, Diesel & LPG.) It will result in a technical certificated qualification as a Fork Lift engineer.
