Description of Opportunity
You will be required to work in a team of chefs, a lot of them having years of experience . We are an Italian restaurant which pride ourselves on the local, fresh & high-quality ingredients
You will be required to help with basic preparation of ingredients at the start leading to prepping food on most sections of the kitchen.

Ability to work take and retain directions from senior kitchen staff.
Willingness to contribute to the development of new menu ideas.
A flair for cooking and presenting food to a high standard.
Maths and English GCSE Grade 3 or above is preferable.
Food Hygiene level 2 (Basic Food Hygiene) is desirable
Ability to focus on attention to detail.
High standards of personal presentation.
Confident and courteous in dealings with customers and other team members.
Hardworking, committed and willing to learn and develop.
Flexible in the approach to the business needs. (Tasks, hours and responsibilities)
