Description of Opportunity
The position involves conducting and/or assisting with site surveys on tunnels and sewers across the UK, using innovative remote survey methods. The position is responsible for gathering all survey data along with the maintenance and care of survey equipment.

Ability to use computers and computer software.
Able to work as part of a team and under own initiative when required.
Full UK driving licence (desirable)
5 GCSEs at grade 4(C) or above, including English and Maths or a relevant Level 2 qualification and Functional Skills at Level 2 in English and Maths or Level 2 apprenticeship in a construction or property-related discipline

Working in confined spaces in or around tunnels/sewers.
Working outdoors in all weathers.
Becoming a fully qualified tunnelling/sewer surveyor with the commensurate salary. Relevant additional training will be provide and further opportunity available to gain accreditation with the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES).
