Description of Opportunity
A great opportunity for the right candidate to join the team. The Office Administrator is responsible for providing a pro-active day-to-day general administrative function within the office. To take customer orders and input them onto the trinity system, to help with the daily office duties, including the post, and receiving and processing orders.

Use of Microsoft Excel for spreadsheets and records
Accuracy when counting money, checking data and keeping records
A creative 'can-do' attitude
Be able to work as part of a wider team
Excellent telephone manner
GCSE 9-4/A-C Grades (or the equivalent) are an advantage. Must include Maths and English, or Functional Skill English and Maths at Level 2
Good knowledge of Excel / Word and maths skills
Excellent communication skills
Be able to operate in a busy environment
This qualification is a standard, and will include an End Point Assessment. For Business Administrator Level 3, this will include:
A portfolio review
A knowledge test
A project-based presentation indluding Q&A
