Good computer literacy skills will help the successful candidate pick up the role quickly Computer literate – including Microsoft Excel
At least 5 GCSEs grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent. The successful candidate must have GCSE qualifications of a grade C/4 or equivalent in maths and English.
A reliable person with a strong desire to learn in a team based environment Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
The succesful candidate will take on a range of new responsibilities and will be able to progress within the organisation and become a payroll officer. Some of the future responsibilities they will start to take on include.. In time - provide advice on pay and pensions related policies to customers as and when required In time – liaise with HMRC regarding PAYE, taxable benefits etc In time – produce management reports as well as Gender Pay Gap reporting (with other Payroll Officers)
