Description of Opportunity
To support and work alongside the Care team in the delivery of Care to residents, within a home providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. You will work towards a Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker apprenticeship standard.

Good communication skills both verbal and in writing.
2 years’ experience working with the resident group
Evidence of up-to-date training
Knowledge of the Health & Safety Care Act
Computer skills are essential
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Level 2 qualification in care (or equivalent) is essential.
Demonstrate the ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager
Have a positive attitude to both supporting and nurturing residents and staff
Able to be responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities
Demonstrate the right values and attitudes for working with Avery
