Description of Opportunity
To deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will work towards a Level 2 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship standard.

Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards the residents and other people in the home
Efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members
Have a positive attitude to enhancing care of the residents
Demonstrate a caring and compassionate approach towards the residents and families
Able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice
