Understanding of SLA importance
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Good troubleshooting approach and testing skills
Basic understanding of VoIP
Good understanding of Windows OS environments
Experience in building laptops / desktops
GCSE (or equivalent) maths and English at Grade 4 / C.
