An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Apprentice to work for Change Grow Live, SmokeFree Hull. Working in a busy office and reception environment, training will cover all aspects of administration and customer service support in line with Change Grow Live’s policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic about gaining the relevant experience, skills and qualifications to begin their career within an office environment. We are looking for someone that is eager to gain more responsibility throughout this apprenticeship. You will be supported throughout to achieve a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification, with protected learning time and on the job experience.
The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting a SmokeFree services and service user choice, while supporting service users to live healthier lives.
