The ability to support and encourage children within a nursery environment is essential
You must be able to listen and interact with children in a warm and sensitive manner
You must be able to work effectively within our small team
You must be able to uphold nursery policies in order to ensure the very highest of standards are being provided for our children
Good organisational and communication skills
English and maths GCSE A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.
You must be flexible, and be able to model appropriate language
You must also be enthusiastic and show a willingness to learn
You will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check performed by the employer.
Public transport is limited so please ensure you can travel to and from Milverton and training venue in Taunton.
Progression onto the Early Years Educator Level 3 Standard.
