Knowledge of some programming languages. Ideally PHP/Javascript but this is not essential if the candidate has good knowledge of another equivalent programming language. The ideal candidate would have a passion for coding, which would be demonstrated through their education up to this stage and ideally some personal projects that they have taken on. Some customer service experience would be good, but not required.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
