Energetic, enthusiastic, keen to develop and quick to learn Experience of providing administrative support in a fast-paced, changing environment, using a range of administrative, productivity and CRM software Self-starter, able to work on own initiative but equally happy working as a member of the team, providing support, assistance and cover where needed Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal) able to deal with people from a variety of backgrounds The ability to work quickly under pressure and to tight deadlines Uses initiative or creativity to resolve problems Someone who is driven to improve with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and CRM (Bullhorn) systems An understanding of the Facilities Management industry useful but not essential
