Is able to work in a small team and independently.
Have good problem-solving abilities.
Experience of common Microsoft packages and good IT skills.
Undertake parts of your qualification on windfarms.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C (or 4 in the new system) or above which must include Maths, English and Science.
Be happy working at heights and in remote challenging environments offshore.
Possess a strong commitment and enthusiasm to the role and the apprenticeship.
Have a confident personality
Be highly self-motivated
High degree of flexibility, extremely motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
