This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual who'll have the chance to get involved to support the assigned manufacturing areas for engineering investigations, learn how to actively assess areas and improve to achieve a robust standardised process/capability through detailed procedures and training.

Technically minded
Interested in production/engineering as a whole
Excellent retention skills
Be confident to work within a team
Have ability and competence in computer skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A minimum of 5 x GCSEs or equivalent at grade C/4 or above to include English, maths, a Science and a 90+ credit Engineering qualification at Level 3. Evidence of these qualifications by certificates only, will be required at recruitment stage in order to progress through shortlisting.

Your place of work will be at Troon Industrial Estate in Leicester and your Training Provider is Loughborough College based in the heart of Loughborough. Comfortable travel to both locations should be considered before you apply.
Additional training to take place at Loughborough College to develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours to accordance to this Apprenticeship.
Loughborough College has the right to close this vacancy before the end date.
The company aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
