Basic understanding of garden maintenance.

We have a work dog, so interested candidates will need to prepared to be around her.
It is required that you meet daily at the unit in Tewksbury, we cannot provide transport or picks up so you will need to make your own way to the base.
As explained above the day to day hours may differ, we would be prepared to offer overtime hours at a set rate and this can be discussed if you are interested.
We desire that the candidate is happy for hours to be flexible due to the nature of the work.
The job required you to ensure you’re dressed appropriately for all weathers – we will provide basic PPE and uniform. This includes, t-shirt, hoodie, waterproof top and trousers, work
trousers, work boots, helmet, ear defenders and goggles.
Anything else you require will need to be purchased yourself.
You need to be prepared for working outdoors, there is climbing, and lifting required. You will be standing and moving a lot throughout the day.
Longer term, there may be the opportunity to stay on with the company following passing the course and conversation about competency on the job.
