To work with the ITM HSE Department in maintaining ISO accreditation, managing the HSE elements of the business management system whilst supporting our manufacturing operations via initial education and mentoring by the HSE advisors and manager.

No pre-requisites with regards to HSE required.
GCSE’s or equivalent in English and maths at grade C/4 or above.
Outgoing character as the role will mean interacting with all levels of the business.
Confidence to intervene if something doesn’t look safe.
Attention to detail due to statistics required for presentations.
Willingness and aptitude for learning.
