Good level of maths, preferably a driver
You must have GCSEs or equivalent to grade 4 or above (grade A-C).
The ideal candidate will be:

Be enthusiastic about the engineering industry
Incremental wage reviews are possible on regular intervals to incentivise the right working behaviours and aptitude of the role throughout your apprenticeship.
The company will support you all the way through your apprenticeship and further should you wish to continue to gain Engineering qualifications.
