• Ability to multitask and work to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent IT and Microsoft knowledge
• Strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills
No formal qualifications required.
• Must have an excellent knowledge of the English language, a clear speaking voice, and competence in spelling and grammar essential.
• Basic maths skills required; must be able to use a calculator to work out fees and percentages.
• Friendly and approachable – our aim is to look after our clients, help them get exactly what they want, and follow the service through to fruition so that both client and artist walk away happy.
• Motivated with good attention to detail; from checking off dates, studying contracts, planning events and uploading information to our website – an eye for detail is essential.
