Description of Opportunity
This post is for individuals who would like to take on a occupational role as a hairdresser. The responsibilities undertaken during this role would include reception, housekeeping, shampoo and conditioning hair, training to cut, style, colour and finish hair. Good communication skills and personal presentation is a must for all applicants.

You will need to complete maths and English functional skills during your apprenticeship programme unless you hold GCSE certificates 4/C or above or equivalent.
Once you have completed your Level 2 Hairdressing professional standard you will become a qualified junior stylist. You will then have the opportunity to continue learning and further develop your skills by completing the Advance and Creative Level 3 Hair Professional Standard.
This could lead to a very rewarding career within the hairdressing sector at various levels to include salon stylist, senior stylist, manager, assessor and educator. Level 2 Hair professional standard is recognised nationally and Level 3 Hair professional standard is recognised internationally. To hold both of these qualification allows a individual to apply for posts on the cruise liners or abroad as well as in the UK.
E-Clips was brought to life in September 2013 when Hannah White (then Wyatt) had the idea to turn her dream into a reality by changing the village shop that was about to close its doors into a hair & beauty salon. By January 2014 the business was in full flow.
