Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels. A good level of English language and grammar is required. Highly organised with great attention to detail. Ability to effectively prioritise their workload and meet deadlines as set by the Events Team. Ability to manage all aspects of administration in accordance with the requirements of the team. A clean driving license is preferred due to the location of our office and the need to travel to and from events.
GCSE grade A*-C / 9-4 in maths and English (or equivalent).
Willingness to learn is essential.
Potential to progress to permanent position within the company.
We offer a full event management service, including venue finding, negotiation, budget management, speaker liaison, accommodation, delegate management, conference and Faculty dinners, as well as flyer design and print, website and social media updates and feedback collation/reporting.
