Good written and verbal communication skills

The ability to prioritise workload
A-C/7-4 and above in maths and English or equivalent. Applicants must meet the entry requirements of the apprenticeship programme.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability.
Many of the apprentices we have recruited have gone on to full time and permanent positions, and in a couple of cases are now Team Leaders or Supervisors, for the department they had learned their skills in.
