Description of Opportunity
The successful applicants will learn new skills and knowledge in the fire and security sector, including the latest technology in fire alarm and emergency lighting systems, in a challenging and varied role.
Successful applicants would receive training on the full range of products. This is conducted by way of industry recognised training courses.

You would have excellent communication skills
You can work well as part of a team or under your own initiative

You will require as a minimum, GCSE in English, and Maths at grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above
High standards of reliability, punctuality, and presentation

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and the initiative to solve problems and work to achieve solutions
Candidates must be flexible, hardworking and trustworthy, as you will be required to represent the company at customer sites
This role is a 3-year apprenticeship and as part of your apprenticeship you will be required to attend college day release and complete an Engineering Standard Apprenticeship qualification.
Out of hours work will be required. Early starts, late finishes and weekend work are a distinct possibility. Subject to current working time directive legislation (age related). Overtime rates apply.
There may be a requirement for you to travel to a pickup point to meet up with the engineer you will be working with.
