You will require as a minimum, GCSE in English, and Maths at grade 4/C (or equivalent) or above
High standards of reliability, punctuality, and presentation Good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work under pressure Ability to work using own initiative as well as operate as part of a team Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and the initiative to solve problems and work to achieve solutions Candidates must be flexible, hardworking and trustworthy, as you will be required to represent the company at customer sites
This role is a 3-year apprenticeship and as part of your apprenticeship you will be required to attend college day release and complete an Engineering Standard Apprenticeship qualification. Out of hours work will be required. Early starts, late finishes and weekend work are a distinct possibility. Subject to current working time directive legislation (age related). Overtime rates apply. There may be a requirement for you to travel to a pickup point to meet up with the engineer you will be working with. When writing your application please give a high level of detail with plenty of explanation for your answers, along with examples. Write in full sentences, no bullet point lists please. Include a full list of your qualification grades.
