Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Minimum of 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grades A*-C/9-4 in English and maths required
A keen interest in vehicles, the learner must be hard working and motivated with an interest to learn new skills

P.J. Nicholls Ltd. was established in 1984 by Philip Nicholls as a Ford Dealer in Pinvin, Pershore. The company remains family owned and run with Phil's two sons, Tom and Adam, managing the business.
