As our ideal FirstLine IT Support Engineer Apprentice, you will have a keen interest in IT and be eager to learn new skills. You will also require the following skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of PC and Laptop hardware, software and basic network troubleshooting
Experience of working in a customer facing role
Good communication skills at all levels
Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Driving Licence will be advantage due to the nature of the role
English and Maths GCSE (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent qualifications
BTEC L3 in IT or equivalent will be beneficial
20 days holiday + 8 Bank holiday
Training towards completion of L3 Support Technician apprenticeship
Free On-site parking
1 day paid leave for charity work
Company paid team building events and days out
20 pounds per person team budget per month

Salary Range: £4.81 per hour for the first year, national minimum wage based on the age after 12 months on programme.
