Description of Opportunity
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking.

Communication skills both written and verbal. We work with customers who have different experience levels and so being able to adjust how a question is answered depending on who you are dealing with can be important.
To be an 1st Line Engineer Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs Ideally A*-C (9-4) or equivalent including maths and English.
Self-motivated
Good communication both verbal and written
Strong problem solving skills
Strong customer focus.
The current National Minimum Wage for an apprentice is £4.30 an hour. This rate applies to apprentices under 19 and those aged 19 or over who are in their first year.
Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year.
The minimum wage rates are £6.45 an hour for 18-20 year olds and £7.70 for anyone aged 21 and over.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Tech and digital professionals in London earn an average salary of £52,500 per year, so this Apprenticeship could be the start of a very promising and profitable career.
After the Apprenticeship:
