Description of Opportunity
There are 2 office roles available that will be under the Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship standard. Post Completion Assistant and Post Room/Archiving Assistant. The 2 successful candidates will spend equal time working in both roles giving them opportunities to learn about the different jobs within the company.

The Learner would have opportunity to progress onto other roles within the company, including Legal Assistant, or onto other peripheral roles, e.g. within the accounts, Customer Care or Human Resources departments. Many of our Legal Assistants progress onto further legal training, which would require the Learner to undertake further formal qualifications.
We specialise in residential and commercial property law. We have three sites in Hapton, Blackpool and Lytham.
The business opened five years ago when out two Directors left their respective jobs to set up AGL. Since then, we have grown through reputation and now employ almost 200 members of staff.
