Who you will be working for?
Based in Manchester City Centre, our client a niche recruitment agency specialising in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Their leadership team collectively possesses over 30 years’ recruitment experience and they boast a youthful, vibrant and friendly culture.
What you will be doing?
Due to company growth and winning multiple large accounts which require a managed service, a new position has opened within in the company. The successful candidate will take on the role of a Recruitment Resourcer, sourcing candidates for jobs and supporting the team whilst being trained up to progress into a consultant in the future.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Sourcing & Screening Candidates
- Talking to Candidates over the Phone
- Posting Jobs on Job Boards
- Performing Admin support
- Candidate Relationship Management

Grade (4/C) or higher in GCSE English and Maths needed
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by a Solvo Vir Trainer/Assessor. You will be working towards a Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard and IRP Certificate of Recruitment Practice (Cert RR). Your training will be delivered via monthly visits to your employer’s work address. This is also supported by remote webinars and bi-monthly progress reviews.

Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to become an Account Manager or develop into a Consultant.
