What you will be doing?
An opportunity has arisen for a recruitment administrator to join their growing internal recruitment team. As a part of this role you will be helping find talented people to join the agency. The role has plenty of room for progression, from more senior recruitment roles to roles in HR and Operations.
What will be your key responsibilities?
1. Research Candidates
2. Create shortlists of the best candidates
3. Undertake telephone interviews
4. Update internal trackers
5. Handle queries from candidates

Minimum Grade (4/C) or higher in GCSE English and Maths needed to access this apprenticeship.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you will be supported by a Solvo Vir Trainer/Assessor. You will be working towards a Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship Standard and IRP Certificate of Recruitment Practice (Cert RR). Your training will be delivered via monthly visits to your employer’s work address. This is also supported by remote webinars and bi-monthly progress reviews.
