Description of Opportunity
Main purpose of Job
To play a key role in finding and activating new customers to use our services, in a consultative and efficient way. The Sales and Customer Services Representative will also assist in
1) providing proficient customer service to current customers
2) the company’s marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
•Generating and qualifying sales leads
•Evaluating potential sales opportunities and converting them into new sales
•Communicating with prospects by email and telephone
• Using software to input and access sales and marketing data
• Improve processes and systems to support sales opportunities
• Handling of customer queries and carrier service issues
• Using bespoke software to book and monitor shipments

No previous Customer Service or Sales experience required.
