Description


You will work with the livery horses as well as assist with the competition training centre, riding school and production of horses. You will benefit from expert training both on and off site as well as being able to take your own horse for livery, if required.


Opportunities for the right person to work on livery, competition training centre, riding centre and production of horses. You will need to be a confident rider as there will be hacking out on Fit Competition horses

Some general yard duties to include, but not limited to;

•Mucking out

•Turning out/bringing in

•Tack cleaning

•Tacking up

•Feeding

•Filling hay nets

•Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming

•Bathing

•Rug changing

•Schooling

•Riding

•First aid

•Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)

•Holding for vet/farrier/dentist

•Preparing for Riding lessons

•Ensuring the yard is maintained to a high standard

•Assisting with competitions

•Training on and off site for the right person
