Description of Opportunity
The commis apprentice is given invaluable experience working in a multi outlet food led venue, experiencing all levels of technique and levels of business to ensure a flying start to their career.
All shifts will be worked from providing sandwiches for the coffee shop, working breakfast shifts, dinner shifts and working events for 30-150 people.
Being a new Hotel, the role will be integral to adapting to the needs of the business, and as such, will be rewarded with discounts throughout their tenure, service charge, and dependant on the outcome of their apprenticeship a full time position.
Assisting in the food preparation process
Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
Assisting other Chefs
Helping with deliveries and restocking
Assisting with stock rotation
Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
