Description of Opportunity
This is a varied role providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls and book appointments
Responding to enquires made by telephone, econsults or in person
Maintaining accurate and effective patient records via our clinical system
Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards at all times
Carrying out various administration tasks as directed by the Line manager

Be computer literate
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have excellent communication skills
GCSE (or equivalent) grades C/4 or above in English and maths.
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 All training to be provided by City College Plymouth in collaboration with the company themselves throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.
Polite and friendly to both customers and colleagues
Reliable and punctual
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Good telephone manner
Good understanding of confidentiality
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Ability to use own initiative
