What will the apprentice be doing?
Assist in dealing with queries from customers and colleagues (by telephone and in person) and taking and relaying accurate messages as necessaryAssist in checking and processing documentation that is sometimes confidentialAssist in producing letters, e-mails and other documentsAssist in maintaining manual filing systems, assist with stationery requirements.Collect and open mail and distribute to appropriate staff.Assist with data input onto computer systems (full training to be given)
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Most of your training/learning will take place within your workplace and you will gain the Level 3 Business administration.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After completion there is the potential to advance onto a higher level apprenticeship.
