Description of Opportunity
Duties to include:
Working in the office environment working with Microsoft office software and design construction software
Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, installers and the production employees in the smooth running of the production of conservatory roof systems
Processing customer orders using our in-house computer system which includes using Rapidity, ‘U’ Design, Excel and Word
Providing a high level of technical customer service and support to our trade customers
Liaising with the Production Manager and team as well as dealing with customer queries

A minimum of three GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above including English – other equivalent qualifications are acceptable OR prior experience in business or administration role.
