Description of Opportunity
As a Customer Service Apprentice, your duties will include:
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Communicate with customers by phone and e-mail.
Data input and any other general admin and ad-hoc duties as defined by management.
Meet and greet customers
Book in customer laundry and dry cleaning
Schedule when work will be done
Take payments including card payments and operate till and card machine
Operate washing machines

Have the confidence to be able to communicate with customers. Be able to record issues accurately if dealing with problems or customer complaints.
GCSEs at grades D/3 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:BTEC Diploma in Customer Service L2 (embedded in the BTEC in Business Administration)Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)End-Point Assessment (EPA)Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
