Description of Opportunity
Key duties will include:
Upholding the highest standards of customer service / care for our patients
Meet and greet patients attending the Practice for their appointments
Answering and managing telephone calls / email enquiries
Using the Practice management software / diary system to book new appointments for patients
Taking payments and deposits
Working at weekend on a rota system hour are Sat and Sun 10 – 5
Need a real positive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication skills – both verbal and written.

Prior experience in business or administration role
A minimum of three GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including English.
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCFLevel 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)End-Point Assessment (EPA)Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)
The ability to work as an individual as well as part of a team and be respectful to team members at all times. Be able to use their own initiative.
