Description

Devon Country Pursuits are a well-established, successful, activity centre based at Escot Park, near Ottery St Mary. The ideal candidate is someone with a friendly manner who has a “can-do” attitude. Being organised will come naturally to you and you’ll employ a logical approach to your work. We are a small but busy team, which means this is dynamic role in which you’ll be exposed to all areas of the business. Your primary aim will be managing the administrative bookings processes within our office which provides our customers with a high level of service from initial call through to the arrival on the day and checking in process. Main Duties the successful candidate will manage and perform are:

  • Responding to customers on the telephone, email, text
  • Managing bookings diaries
  • Updating customer database
  • Invoicing customers
  • Taking and processing payments from customers
  • General Reception duties
  • Day to day management of online and telephone bookings
  • Taking payments
  • Welcoming guests on arrival, checking in and processing payments
