PLEASE NOTE WAGE ADVERTISED IS FOR 16-17 YEAR OLDS. NATIONAL MINIMUM WAGE FOR AGE IS PAID
The right candidate will be trained in all areas of the business, trained in commercial kitchen set up/ trained in events and street food hospitality corporate and private venues, working in a team and will be shown how to set up an event, as well as working on events will be trained in how to deal with customers/ receive emails make calls and day to day contact with clients assisting the Manager in these daily tasks. This is a position that will have different hours each day according to the business requirements. Flexible working hours are required including weekends. Hours can range from early morning until late evening.
You will be trained in catering & hospitality you will also be trained in hospitality for large events working towards a supervisory role.

- Expected to complete Level 2 Health & Hygiene Certificate – Allergens Certificate.
- Customer service and client communication skills. Office skills such as sourcing suppliers/ client schedules / dealing with staff to work on events.

Enthusiastic /punctual /keen to learn all aspects of the catering & hospitality business.
The apprentice could be offered a full time position within the company.
