Description of Opportunity

Kickstart Project Manager Trainee As a Project Manager Trainee you will work with our Community and other central services support function to gain insight into a variety of job roles and business functions. You will support your assigned team with administration, data input, building community, client and stakeholder relationships whilst given training on business processes and objectives.

Learning and Development will be provided via on the job training, formal classroom training sessions and independent study.

There will be a requirement to attend regular 1-2-1 sessions with your line manager to support and develop your knowledge and understanding of your role and responsibilities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Project/programme delivery 50% Coordinate with Community Leads all our work with charities ensuring it delivers on Community’s vision and objectives and championing the innovative ways of working envisioned in TAG’s business strategy. Marketing,

Thought Leadership and Events 30% Day to day execution supporting the marketing strategy, working closely with Community leads, TAG marketing team, Prague SSC and the GOOD agency. Stakeholder Coordination 20% Supporting Community Leads with business education through community support roles. Support the learning and knowledge of our programmes across the organisation.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Attend and take part in regular team and departmental meetings

• To complete all mandatory training as required.

• Provide general office and cross team process support where required

• Maintain and manage accurate records using The Adecco Group databases and systems

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

• Provide reporting and statistical data as appropriate;

• Ensure own activity demonstrates company values and complies with ISO9001:2000/company standards, procedures and systems.

• Adopt & demonstrate the company’s core values in the delivery of a customer-focused service


Please note the role will pay the national minimum wage relevant for your age, the rate indicated is for age 18

Be aged between 16 and 24
