Kickstart Insights Trainee
As a Kickstart Insights Trainee, you
will work with our Early Career and central services support functions. You
will support your assigned team with administration, data input, sourcing of
candidates and building candidate, partner and client relationships whilst
given training on business processes and objectives. Learning and Development
will be provided via on the job training, formal classroom training sessions
and independent study.
There will be a requirement to attend
regular 1-2-1 sessions with your line manager to support and develop your
knowledge and understanding of your role and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Early Careers Stakeholder Coordination
50%
Working
with the Early in Careers team, Community leads or Higher Education team by
supporting with administration responsibilities such as data analysis, creating
or proofing of sales presentation decks, or internal and external communication
provision. You will also support with the generation of candidates to join the
Early Careers future talent pool and candidate management may be required
periodically in line with seasonal recruitment demands. You may be required to
deputise for senior team members in looking at new ways of delivering our
service via external partners and innovative solutions.
Research and Insights coordination 30%
Day
to day support with growing the Early Careers product line, looking at ways of
supporting the increased understanding of Early Careers recruitment within The
Adecco Group, as well as helping to market the product to an external audience
via social media, online platforms and contributing to the facilitation of
physical/virtual events where applicable.
Community and Employability partner
building 20%
Working
with internal The Adecco Group community and employability colleagues or
supporting core members of the Early Careers team in building new partners
relationships with educational(colleges, universities, business schools) and
employability partners supporting our commitments in the community. You will
look to increase your knowledge and learning of the Early Careers market
throughout your placement.
General responsibilities include, but
are not limited to:

To answer and resolve queries over the phone,
face to face and via email.
•
Escalate enquiries to senior team members
and/or management as necessary
•
To take messages as required and pass onto
relevant team members within a timely and
appropriate manner.
•
Attend and take part in regular team and
departmental meetings
•
To complete all mandatory training as
required.
•
Maintain and manage accurate records using The
Adecco Group databases and systems
•
Complete outbound phone calls to candidates
and colleagues ensuring excellent customer service.
•
Participate in special projects and perform
other duties as assigned
•
Provide reporting and statistical data as
appropriate;
