As a Kickstart Trainee you will work
with our central services support functions including; administration,
coordination and sourcing teams across the business to gain insight into a
variety of job roles and business functions. You will support your assigned
team with administration, data input, sourcing candidates and building
candidate and client relationships whilst given training on business processes
and objectives. Learning and Development will be provided via on the job
training, formal classroom training sessions and independent study.
There will be a requirement to attend
regular 1-2-1 sessions with your line manager to support and develop your
knowledge and understanding of your role and responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include, but are
not limited to:
To answer and resolve queries over the phone,
face to face and via email.
Escalate enquiries to senior team members
and/or management as necessary
To take messages as required and pass
onto relevant team members within a timely and
Attend and take part in regular team and
To complete all mandatory training as
Provide general office and cross team process
support where required, including scanning and post
Maintain and manage accurate records using The
Adecco Group databases and systems
Complete outbound phone calls to
candidates and colleagues ensuring excellent customer service.
Participate in special projects and perform
other duties as assigned
Provide reporting and statistical data as
Ensure own activity demonstrates company
values and complies with ISO9001:2000/company standards, procedures and
Adopt & demonstrate the company’s core
values in the delivery of a customer-focused service.
note the role will pay the national minimum wage relevant for your age, the
rate indicated is for age 18 https://www.gov.uk/national-minimum-wage-rates
