This Qualification can be implemented in any sector of the hospitality industry, but will provide a

specialism to work in the Fish and Chip sector. Ensuring you can walk into any Fish Fryer position

from Lands End to John OGroats. And with over 10,000 Fish and Chip Shops in the UK, you will

knowledge of this exciting and growing industry.

A Fish Fryers Responsibilities:

Maintaining excellent standards or personal, food and kitchen hygiene

Ensuring compliance to procedures

menu specifications and recipes

To produce quality dishes

meeting portion controls and budgetary constraints

Adapting and producing dishes to meet special dietary, religious and allergenic requirements.
