Description of Opportunity
This is a fast paced environment, serving currently as only take-away but full training will be given, and you
will not be left on your station until absolutely capable to keep up with demand.
You will be working directly with your sous and head chef in a team of 4 or 5.
You will be given the responsibility of your own section; on fryer, griddle or on ovens/hobs to begin with.
You will also assist with food preparation at the beginning of your shift, and throughout the shift if necessary.
Everyone on the team gets involved with cleaning and deep cleaning.
kitchen due diligence. up-keeping of food hygiene standards.
Work will be Friday and Saturday evenings 5 – 9pm - potential for more shifts Wednesday, Thursday and
Casual wear, PPE will be provided if necessary.
Free food and drinks on all shifts
Working with an excellent bunch of chef’s – non temperamental and some of the best in the South West.

Basic knowledge and understanding of food and kitchen safety
Food hygiene Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
Full training given by our head chef on kitchen Due Dilligence, you will learn how to record due diligence at
the start, during and end of your shift to ensure food and personal safety at all times.
Funcational skills exams are completed alongside apprenticeship if neccessary
Being a good team member - we are a small close bunch of staff so being friendly and always making sure to pull
your weight is necessary.
Being able to remain calm under pressure – not letting standards slip when it gets to busy service
Full-time position working in our kitchens will be available, we are a small indepdent business who are expanded
quickly so moving up the ranks within our business absolutely possible for the right team members.
