Outstanding domiciliary care from AMG is a one-to-one care service for anybody who wishes to remain in their own home, whether they require minimal support through to complex nursing-led support. A direct alternative to residential care, our highly trained carers have been enabling our customers to remain at home since 1985.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering of incoming telephone calls, redirecting where appropriate, taking and passing on messages
- Production of printed material for the care assessment team including typing, collation and photocopying
- Enter service requests and compile reports as requested
- Update the internal shared drive
- Order supplies of toner and paper as required to maintain stock levels
- Accept deliveries of parcels. Sort post on arrival and redistribute to appropriate people
- Supervision of all outgoing post
- Regular stock take and ordering of stationary and paper products as required
- Upkeep of Visitor signing in book ensuring all visitors are correctly registered upon entry and leaving
- Other general office duties as required
Who we are looking for:
- The ability to communicate effectively
- IT Literate and comfortable using IT
- Being organised and able to follow agreed processes
- Ability to manage own workload
- Strong work ethic
What we offer:
- 5 weeks paid holiday per year
- Support given to attend training and carry out coursework within normal working hours where appropriate
- Pay review after 3 months with increase depending on performance
